ProSense: Adsense Ready Wordpress Theme now available in Different Colors
ProSense, an Adsense Ready wordpress theme was quite well received when it was made available last week on Dosh Dosh. Following its release, we’ve taken your feedback into careful consideration.
The theme has already been downloaded over 1,000 times and requests for different color schemes was by far the most prevalent, hence the release now of both grey and blue versions of ProSense.
These two versions remains the same as the original but the rectangle Adsense code within the post is now aligned to the left for better ad spacing.
Here are some screenshots of the homepage for both color schemes:

And here’s a look at the single post page with the ad unit aligned to the left:

Some updates we have in mind for future versions of the theme:
- Customizable header which allows you to easily insert and change images.
- Addition of a centralized options file which allows fast Adsense code and color scheme switching. This enables you to change theme colors and remove or insert Adsense codes through a single theme file.
- Customized Google Adsense search may be integrated to replace the default WP search function
As I’ve mentioned before, ProSense is an ongoing project and we plan to make it the definitive Adsense Ready wordpress theme by constantly adding new theme features and layouts.
If you have any suggestions or requests, please feel free to leave them at the original ProSense theme page, which also offers a full listing of the current theme features.
You can download both new color versions of the theme below:

wow, those theme are awesome
I made modification for prosense and planning to make other modification exactly as prosense blue. I’ll definitely use it.
thank you very much
Nice and easy on eyes. One glitch though. If the post title wraps to the next line, they tend to overlap.
I love the Prosense theme but was wondering if you will be offering one that had the two sidebars positioned differently, one on the right and one on the left. Could you let me know? Thanks!
Vinod,
Thanks for the tip.. I noticed that a day after the theme was released and fixed it already.. I believe they don’t overlap anymore now.
Zahra
Will keep your suggestion in mind. We might come up with another theme that has sidebars on both sides. Thanks!
Is it more likely that people will generate more money if they would use these themes then others ?
Juliaxxx,
I would definitely say so. Given that all things else (traffic/audience base) being equal, an theme with optimized Adsense placement will always make more money than one which isn’t optimized. In any case, you can optimize the ad placement for your own blog but a ready-made theme just makes it so very convenient.
Thanks for the new theme…
I wish I could switch to it, but I’m currently vested in another. Good idea though.
I almost used a “Google Adsense friendly” theme one time, but I couldn’t get it to work quite right…so thanks again for creating a good one.
Thanks for the replay Maki !
Appreciate thaT!
I wonder if there is a way to test that, but again traffic might be more driven differently and you defiantly want to avoid duplicate posts.
great work! already testing it out.
Great theme! Give me some idea to change my own theme’s ad placement. Thanks, Maki!
Thanks Maki! It’s nice and clean and easy to tweak. I’ve installed on a new blog based on an idea from Blue Hat SEO on how to make $5 per day with 25% CTR with minimal effort.
If I don’t make $150 by the end of next month, I’ll be asking for my money back
Hey Maki, just thought I’d let you know that the account has been suspended when I try to download it…
UrbanMonk
Sorry for the inconvenience. I’ve fixed the errors and you can download the theme now. ^-^
Hi Maki, thanks for the great theme, I’ve installed on my blog and it is live now. :). You have now permanent links to your sites in my footer section. Maybe you can find a way to link back to my blog?
Installed it on my old blog (the new one isn’t online yet). Everything looks good, only the skyscraper on the homepage isn’t shown. But I guess that’s a javascript issue on my side.
Hey thanks Maki!
hello, you did not approve my comment, but removed the demo link. How sad
Sarthak,
I’m not sure what you are talking about. Your comment is still up and the demo link for the theme is still on the original theme page. Incidentally, it is working now.
Do clarify what you mean.
Thanks for the theme, it is live here:

Cristian
@Cristian: Well done. Looks really good.
Wow tis is BEST adsense layout
My friends Use this layout and I like it. I never tho7ugt I’ll find it at google. Can I change the layout since I love green?
Thx a lot
Great clean layouts , seo friendly and easy to set up . I am going to try the blue one out on my site. I bookmarked this link a few places to spread the word. Thanks
Hey, fantastic theme. This is my very first blog that I’ve started, and this website has been a fantastic resource so far…love it…and thankyou.
I have a problem though. The ads which appear have nothing to do with the content on the page. it’s only when you click the link (philosophy hope in a jar), ….you’ll notice it’s exactly the same content, but the ads are now context sensitive….
any ideas?
Thanks
Actually the problem is as follows:
1. philosophyhopeinajar.com = ads about wordpress????
2. http://www.philosophyhopeinajar.com = ads work fine
any ideas?
Actually, Ron, the problem likely has nothing to do with the theme. To Google (and most any other search engine) “www.yourblog.com” and “yourblog.com” are two completely different websites.
It seems from your test that Google has already indexed the www version but the adSense bot doesn’t know which version to use. The fix for this is in your Google Webmaster Tools:
https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/
You cna set your preferred domain “canonical domain” to the one you prefer .. with or without. It’s useful to set your web server (if you have cPanel access) to redirect the canonical address you don’t want to 301 redirect to the one you do want. If you don’t have cPanel access your web host provider should be able to help you with a support ticket request.
Is there any .mo or .po to translate this theme to portuguese? Thanks
