Why Should I Subscribe to Dosh Dosh?

Subscribe to Dosh Dosh)Here’s an important reason: I only blog when I feel I have something substantial and meaningful to share. There’s no fixed schedule for new articles on Dosh Dosh. There might be a new article every week. Sometimes you may have to wait a month or even more.

This means that it’ll be far more convenient for you to subscribe, because anytime a new article is published, you’ll get it on the same day in your feed reader or email inbox for free. This way you don’t have to visit doshdosh.com everyday. Just looking out for your interests here.

What you can expect if you subscribe:

  1. No spammy stuff. I don’t send out rubbish. No short meaningless posts promoting product launches or any scammy affiliate programs. Go through my archives and you’ll see. Every single blog post published by me is content-rich and designed to hopefully provide helpful or thought-provoking information.

  2. Unique content and analysis. I consciously try to avoid writing newsy ‘me—too’ blog posts about the latest fad because it usually just echos what everyone is saying. Echos = noise. You won’t get any reporting of news here. I like to dig digger and do a little bit of research to try to create content that adds to what’s already out there.

  3. Exclusive off-site content. This refers to feed or email only content that I won’t be publishing on doshdosh.com. This includes links to other resources and other short notes. Off-site content is something new to me and I’ll be experimenting with this format more often. You don’t want to miss anything.

There are two main ways of subscribing to Dosh Dosh:

What is a ‘RSS Feed Reader’ and How Can I Use it?

RSS feeds are document formats which allow you to keep up to date with content on all blogs and the websites you come across while surfing the net.

When you subscribe to an RSS feed, the feed reader will check the website you subscribe to for new content. If there are any new articles, they will be displayed within the reader itself.

Subscribing is just three easy steps:

  1. Sign up for a Free feed reader (I recommend Google Reader or Bloglines).

  2. Come back to this page and click on this link to subscribe to Dosh Dosh.

  3. And you’re done! Remember to check your feed reader daily to see if new articles from Dosh Dosh have been published.

All the published articles from Dosh Dosh will show up automatically in your feed reader. If you’ll like to, start subscribing to other blogs or websites.

Feedburner Email Subscription 2 (by Dosh Dosh)

You’ll only receive one email every day regardless of the number of articles published. For example, if I publish 5 articles, you’ll get them all in one email newsletter. This will be the same even if I publish only one article in a day.

All email subscriptions are managed by Feedburner.com and you can unsubscribe anytime with a click of a mouse. For your convenience, instructions for unsubscribing are included in each email newsletter as well.

Please be assured that your email will kept in the strictest confidence and will never be used for spam or shared with others without your permission, so please use one that you check regularly.
