Great theme! One thing though. I uplaoded it to me WP and made it the current theme, but the dark header and footer are not showing. I can’t see them in the Demo page either. Any ideas?

- Have 100% appropriate ads
- Have text in the ad area that helps with ranking instead of hurting it.

However, I don’t know what the color scheme (of the blue version) is, and I have no knowledge do find it.
Suggestion: create a variable to just change the adsense code, and keep everything as it is.

First, I’d like to say that you’ve done a fine job with your Prosense theme. Looks great! Thanx!

I’ve set it up and most eveything is fine right out of the box. BUT … I have an issue with the right sidebar – the content is way down from the top. It only does that with IE not FF.

I also noticed that when there is NO Adsense code in Left Sidebar this isn’t an issue. Only when there is AdSense code or other banner code in left sidebar that the contenet in right sidebar is pushed way down from top.

Any suggestions as to what might be causing this?

But that wasn’t it. I’m not that good with CSS (just enough to be dangerous) but I played around with the left sidebar width in the stylesheet and lowered it from 185px to 180px. VOLIA! No more issue! Everything fits now in both sidebars. LOL

I really do need to learn more about site design. heh heh

I had the same problem when trying to float two columns that were wider than the container they were in. I scratched my head for a couple of hours on that one.

1 more thing…how do i get rid of the adsense column..and make it only 2 columns?

Im using this theme, however I have a small issue, the adsense adverts on the home page arnt really relevant to my content at all. It seems to be pulling ads related to wordpress, rss, blogs etc.

That looks very well done indeed; I’ve been working on a template myself for use on multiple sites, and while I’ve had a good result with SEO, I’ve not done so well with CTR.
I might try your template for a day and see if it helps!

Enable commenting on *some* static pages :

In “page.php”, just after “Edit this Entry” part, you add this code :

Hey Tammy, I came across this problem also where it messed up all on the frontpage it was because i had embedded a video that was larger than the width of the column. On the single post pages it was fine but on the front it was not. Check over your templates for items – widgets / videos / images that may push the width of a column to far.

Maki thanks for the comment and heads up on the right sidebar. Maybe its my browser (IE 6.0) but now it shows the widgets further down the page, not at the top of the sidebar, also showing the widgets bleeding into the left sidebar. Last night it looked fine on IE 7.0, so who knows?

I’m completely new to Wordpress but have done a lot of research and experimenting with a local MAMP installation before trying to go live. Your theme was the one I liked best out of all the ones I experimented with. Now, however, I’ve gone semi-live (one post, no Adsense ID yet to insert) but for some reason the header and footer are not displaying correctly (they were fine on my local MAMP version). No RSS icon, and no footer at all; just the title but no background at the top. I suspect permissions, but all relevant files seem to be correctly set to 644. Any ideas?

Just to follow up for other readers: Maki’s suggestions were right on, and fixed the problem immediately. I still don’t quite follow why image files would need permissions beyond 644, but so be it…

loved the theme and experimenting with it as we speak in Wordpress 2.2. The only thing I can’t seem to get to work are nested/indented pages and categories.

As for the categories, when I set the hierarchical=1 attribute in the sidebar.php to 1, it groups them, but doesn’t indent them. Moreover, I read somewhere that the wp_list_cats template is even depricated…

When I add that atrribute to the wp_list_pages template attributes, nothing at all happens, nor grouping nor indentation.

Help on how to make that work, would be very much appreciated…

Great template but I do have a problem I hope you can help with . The banner ad and sidebar ad are both displaying Google ads for Wordpress/blog stuff and not the theme of my site. Once into the posts or pages I am fine, but not on the homepage. Any suggestions?

P.S. > For those having problems with the theme not displaying the style correctly and the preview being gray in your Wordpress Admin, I couldn’t find this anywhere on the net so… make sure you CHMOD the theme directory and the files within it to 755 and you should be good to go.

One more thing what i wanted to suggest was to remove your publisher id from the adsense code that you have provided. I feel if while testing somebody accidentally clicks those you will end up getting your adsense account banned.

Just installed your theme. Relevant advertisements are not showing up in the home page. Of course, when you take an entry page it works fine. Why?

I really like the new theme. I have one question though. I do paid reviews on the site that I’m thinking of using this theme on and I’d like to know if there would be a way to prevent the adsense ads from showing up in specific posts. I guess we’d need a plugin for that. I don’t think it’s fair to advertisers to have ads within their posts – that’s the only reason I’m asking about this.

Now… If I only had some real traffic!

Hey All:

I was trying to rearrange the sidebars to make the google ads appear way to the right on a different blog, so came back to read my own comment (forgot the steps) and realized, its sort of unclear. So here we go again.

1. go to Presentation -> Theme Editor and edit the sidebar

2. search for sidebar_right and rename it as sidebar_left. Then look for sidebar_left and rename it.

3. Save the changes. You will still need to update the google adsense code so that the background color of ads matches the new background. Do this by editing adsense_sidebar.php and adding/replacing the following lines:
google_color_border = “9CB7FE”;
google_color_bg = “9CB7FE”;

That’s it.

I tried to use prosense theme for my site, for some reason its not been displayed properly, but blusense seems to be working perfectly. can you please suggest me any care i need to take while i add anew theme. I have saved prosesnse theme in local folded and then uploaded it into themes folder in my site and extracted all the files. but for unknown reasond prosense is not displaying any theme but blusense is working perfectly.

Overall an ok theme but the images in posts does not have a margin even though we specify them in the wysisyg editor.

Also, is there a simpler way to change/modify the header image? The Kubrick theme looks easier to change header image than this.

I looked in the CSS, but could not figure it out.

There is only one sidebar.php and no sidebar_right.php

also I couldnt find out how to give a margin to pics in posts like those left aligned or right aligned ones…

I am having alot of dificulty including youtube videos. As soon as I add text or anything else the post loses its margins and pushes the side bars to the bottom.
Am I doing something wrong?

Firstly, Thanks for this nice theme. It great. Just the kind of thing i was looking for. Now the problem. The problem is very strange. when i type change my wordpress URL & Blog URL from wordpress to use full path like http://www.xxxxxxx.com , then the adsense are not working. But when i change this path in wordpress to http://xxxxxxxxx.com, then adsense seems to be working fine. Any ideas why this is happening?

Hi there! GReat template, and I am playing with it for a new site. My question is that the ads tht show on the first page are are still related to WRITING and BLOGGING, rather than cell phones, technology, mobile services, etc which is what my site is about. I have added meta tags, and tagline but the first page ads still show up related to wordpress and writing. How can I change the first page ads to be more relevant? (All other pages in the template work fine with my adsense ads) Thanks anyone for some advice!

The 3 columns do not appear as 3 columns, the 2 columns on the right of the page are displayed down at the bottom of the page underneath the left hand column. Is there some easy way I can fix this? Ok, I got the problem fixed. It was the “All in One SEO PLugin” – needed the newest version.

NEW PROBLEM: How do I allow any hyperlinks to work on the category, archive pages? I really need them to work on not just the home page and single pages but all.

Using this theme for my startup blog. Very cool. I tried a few other themes but for a newbie this is an easy theme to edit. Adsense optimisation is great and I coded some local click ads into the adsense_sidebar.php file without any trouble.

On small error in XML validation, an xtra tag after the tag in the searchform.php file.

I am struggling with the header file. I want to use the standard color that comes with the theme for the header background, then I want to add my picture on the left, and have the Blog Title and Description go to the right. I just cannot figure out how to make this work and am now stuck with a repeating image, where you can partially see the words and a white background. Can you suggest some ideas of what I can do?

Uggh, such a novice trying to learn the ropes. I changed on little piece of code to try to put my custom header in the style sheet and the whole page has gone hey wire. I tried to undo and re-save to the original page_background.jpg but it doesn’t do anything. Any help from an experienced eye would be SOO greatly appreciated.

Now I have a problem on my newest site. The adsense is not relevant on the home page. On every other page it is relevant. Anyone have any ideas? I have tried every thing. The ads on the homepage are all about blogging anf wordpress.

@kite rider — I had the same problem, but it went away on its own. Be sure to double check pub ID and channel setup.

Hi Mark, I’m by far not an expert but I actually just added a 125 x 125 banner above my google ads by opening the adsense sidebar file and entering the banner html above the google adsense code. Worked like a charm, maybe this will help you can see it here at http://www.tubbybundle.com/blog

I’ve always thought that theme was very professional. Although with the way sites are going, people want more of the content management then a personal, old school look.

@Camere — heck the file and folder permissions. I have been seeing some weirdness there. all files should be set at 644, and all folders should be 755.

I also can’t get the header, RSS, footer and colors to work. Have tried in IE and firefox.

Does anyone know how to add a widget below the ads in the left sidebar? You can’t just drag and drop, as you can with the right sidebar, without losing all the adsense ads. Probably simple, but I can’t see it! Any help much appreciated.

I’ve started a new blog with the latest version of wordpress and the same thing is happening: the title bar fills the whole page – and then sometimes it seems fine again. It’s only a problem with Prosense. Other themes are fine. What is happening here? Anyone?

Hi – awesome theme. Whenever I try my hand at these things though Iend up having toconfess a serious wakness. When i try altering the google account number – ie inserting it – the file says “if this file were writable youculd edit it!”. I can’t edit the ads. Can you help?

I started using the Prosense theme for my blog in Jan and have loved how simple it is to mess with. I’ve edited some on the images and the stylesheet with minimal problems. Have a look at how I blended the columns using a chalk effect. http://www.getvalue.co.za. what I haven’t worked out yet is how to change the font of the sidebar ??

any you guys have trouble with the ads showing up? i downloaded the template and changed the publishing id to my own, but when i reuploaded the files, the spaces where the ads should be came up blank. does it take some time for the new publishing id to get recognized? i even went as far as recreating all the sized links and pasting new Adsense unit code generated from the adsense site and reuploading those. any feedback is appreciated.

But I’m not aware off about Php, can you provide any start up guide link, and how I set up and make changes on themes.

Hi guys, I know I’m probably looking jam on it but here’s hoping somebody out there can help me out. I’m using Prosense Blue, and very nice it is to.

The main column has a 250×250 adblock. On occasions I would want to delete this ad altogether and on other occasions replace it with an affiliate ad.

Most of the time I’m pretty happy to let the ad stay put but what I’d like to know is can I do this on a post by post basis – or is it all or nothing.

I’m assuming that if I remove ‘adsense_singlepost_top_square.php,’ that will delete the ad completely and I’m assuming I could just add it in manually to each post I make – but that’s the hard way. Anybody any easier suggestions?

Yes these themes have good Ad placements and are recommended for greater profits.

If I want to change from having the Adsense boxes appear and insert say images of ebooks do I just put the images in the following: * adsense_singlepost_top_square.php – 300 x 250 Medium Rectangle
* adsense_singlepost_top_banner.php – 468 x 60 Banner
* adsense_singlepost_bottom_square.php – 336 x 280 Rectangle
* adsense_singlepost_bottom_banner.php – 468 x 60 Banner

Hi. Since I know *someone* is monitoring these comments (I saw the ugly post from “Amy” disappear ). I’ll try asking my question again. I’ve tried to replace the background color in one of the sidebars with a background image. The best I can come up with – messing around with the stylesheet – is only parts of the sidebar showing the image. Suggestions? Hints?

(This part goes out to “Amy” in case she checks for her comment. Never assume anything. *Read* the directions. It says right there you need to change the pub ID. Doing something stupid and then blaming your mistake on someone else’s “dishonesty” is one the lowest forms of behavior possible).

@Mark. Which adsense do you want to remove? The ads are in php documents that start with “adsense_”. You can’t just delete the documents or it can cause errors. Instead, edit one of the documents, like “adsense_sidebar.php” (in wordpad or your editor of choice) and comment out or remove the adsense code (everything between .

My home page ads does not reflect the content I have on the homepage but has ads for blogging and WP. I have seen other people with the same problem but no real solution yet. I even tried what Kristin said in #300 but to no avail.

I added the below code for a feedburner feed to ProSense header file. I have a graphic header image and I can’t read the dark blue font on the title “title=”Subscribe to my feed”. You can click the link on my name and see what I mean.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to change the color of just this font in the header? My couple of hours of trial and error just didn’t work! Thanks

Tim asks in #421 if ProSense is WP 2.5 compatible.
I have installed WP 2.5 in one of my blogs and on my Mac. What I have found out is that in WP 2.3.x and earlier, when using Search in the sidebar, the function widget_mytheme_search() in /ProSense/functions is used, and in WP 2.5 function wp_widget_search() in /wp-includes/widgets.php is the one used.
I much prefer ProSense’s.

These themes install on WP 2.5 without any problems.

Prosense display better for IE ,but FireFox.

I’ve been playing with ProSense and ProSense Blue for about a week now, and while I really like it, I would like to know if there is any way to make the 7 AdSense files default to 766 rather than 644. With WP 2.5 I have to set the permissions to 766 in order to add the AdSense number via my ftp client and it becomes very tedious. I make numerous installations per day and having a way to have the AdSense files defaulting to editable would save me a lot of time and effort. Thanks in advance!!

Hi, We just upgraded to Wordpress 2.5 and the “posts” don’t display anything in the sidebars on the right:

I am having the same problem displaying parts of the template on wp 2.5

About three days ago I started to changed one of my sites http://www.vegetarian-worldwide.com from a standard site to a blog, I’m adding one or two pages that I have each day. Today I added a recipe ‘American Blueberry Toast,’ and just 18 minutes later it ranked No.1 in Google! OK, granted there are only 190,000 pages indexed with this phrase – but 18 minutes to hit number one!

Now I’m no SEO expert and I’m putting a lot of the success down to a WordPress plugin I added ‘All In One SEO.

I’ve tried a number of the other pages I have and they are also ranking on the first and second page.

Recommendation: get All In One SEO plugin today (well not if you’re running a vegetarian site )

I have tried this on wordpress 2.5.1. There are minor problems with sidebar widgets but after editing sidebar.php. It works well.

Been using the blue theme for a week now and it looks great (check it out http://BookHuntersBlog.com).
Two things though: When I use the “more” tag it pushes the sidebars to the bottom of the main page. Why could that be?

I’m using the Amazon Showcase widget and there is hardly any space between the books and the “headline” afterwards. I’ve looked through all the codes but can’t find anything to change it. Any ideas?

Hi Guys, I really, really would appreciate some advice – for me Prosense has been an absolute disaster!

Well OK maybe not Prosense but changing from a standard html site to a blog. Let me explain.

Recently, in the past few months, I took three sites http://www.abcwritersnetwork.co.uk: http://www.vegetarian-worldwide.com; and http://www.worldwide-infomedia-services.com; and changed them from been standard sites to blogs. The result – a drop in adsense earning of at least 90 percent. Now that is what I call a disaster and I can’t see any change in direction.

As said in my opening paragraph, I really would appreciate some advice – please point your browsers in the direction of the three blogs above – and let me know if there is any obvious reason why this drop should occur. just worked out something and thought id share it with everyone. Any new WP site i created using prosense or other theme would not display relevant adsense ads on the main page http://www.xxxxxx.com (they only showed ads about wordpress etc) however if i typed in http://www.xxxxxx.com/index.php directly the ads would be relevant. I read many posts from people with the same issue but no real solution – some people said it would just fix itself after some time – maybe related to Google indexing it? But i found after weeks it still was not fixed.

Anyway, i believe i found the fix for it. You need to overide the home and siteurl DB settings. Edit your wp-config.php file in the wordpress install root and add the following lines of code after the existing DEFINE statements at the top. This is if you installed WP into a subdirectory:

define(‘WP_SITEURL’, ‘http://www.sample.com/wordpress’);
define(‘WP_HOME’, ‘http://www.sample.com’);

Obviously you need to put your own site in there. If your WP install is not in a subdirectory then it should just be like this:

define(‘WP_SITEURL’, ‘http://www.sample.com’);
define(‘WP_HOME’, ‘http://www.sample.com’);

That’s it, after saving those changes the ads immediately become relevant for the home url http://www.xxxxxx.com, just like the /index.php url shows.

Is there any way to keep a a nested page from appearing on the index page? For example:

Types of fruit
– Oranges
– Pears
– Nectarines
– etc.
– etc.

How can I keep the sub- pages from appearing on the index page of the blog? All I want to show is Parent page names only, not the lower level pages associated with them.

the pages already show up automatically in the sidebar – one after the other – not sure what your problem is exactly? You just need to write your articles as new pages rather than posts and they will show up there.

here’s what you need to do…

edit your sidebar.php file and find the part where it references the pages i.e.

This line will be contained within a section like this:

<?php wp_list_pages(‘title_li=Pages’ ); ?>

Categories

You need to create all your pages first then find out what each page ID is. Make a seperate note of these. You can find the page IDs by going into WP-ADMIN>MANAGE>PAGES and hovering over each page – note the ‘post=X’ number at the end of the page’s url at bottom of your browser’s status bar – that is the page id of the page.

So you would make the code look something like this:

<?php wp_list_pages(‘include=a,b,c&title_li=Pages’ ); ?>

<?php wp_list_pages(‘include=x,y,z&title_li=Entertainers’ ); ?>

Categories

What you are essentially doing here is splitting the pages into 2 sections – Pages and Entertainers, telling it explicitly which pages are to be included in each of those sections. So for example if i wanted to include pages 1, 2 and 3 in the ‘Pages’ section my code would be:

<?php wp_list_pages(‘include=1,2,3&title_li=Pages’ ); ?>

and then in the ‘Entertainers’ section i may only want some entertainer pages in there – lets say pages with ID’s of 6,9,11,12,15

<?php wp_list_pages(‘include=6,9,11,12,15&title_li=Entertainers’ ); ?>

I mean, how do I track it into my channels? or should I replace all code with the same one from my ad-units (same format)? Thx.

To me be more specific, I would like only the following ads displaying on each post page:

I have tried my best to find what is causing this, but i am left scratching my head after a month of trying to sort it out.

The Version of WordPress that i am using is 2.5 1

sounds like your variable is wrong. I cant see your line 23 obviously, so cant tell you exactly what it is, but have a look at this for invalid variables: http://www.php.net/manual/en/language.variables.php

Within days my adsense account was disabled with Google usual excuse about my site being a significant risk to Awords advertisers.

This is a great theme but one thing I don’t seem able to easily do is replace the text in the Header with an Image (jpg). Could someone explain how this can be done? I’ve Googled and tried changing various things in header.php and the #Header section of the CSS file but all that ever happens is that the Header disappears.

In one of my sites (http://www.elasesordevinos.com.ar) I already had put a header image. I then went a step further and included as part of the header image the blog’s name as I wanted to use a non standard web font.. Obviously I had to drop the php line that adds the blog’s name and url.
I would like to keep the ability to click on the name. I “know” the answer: use the MAP instruction in header.php. But I have not figured out how to do it. Anybody knows the answer?

Actually having a clickable image background wont effect your RSS logo at all…the RSS logo is in a front layer, so when you hover over the image the clicked url will be whatever you set (e.g. the homepage) but when you hover over the RSS logo on the top right the url changes to be your RSS url.

The way to achieve this is how i specified on my wordpressninja site – create the background image, change the default image background in the style.css file under the ‘Header’ section to be your image file, making it the same width as the background (default width is 950 pixels) and making it ‘no-repeat’ e.g.

#header {
width: 950px;
height: 100%;
background: url(‘images/header.gif’) no-repeat;
}

Then in your header.php find the ‘header’ div and make it look like this:

Of course change the url to your hompage and that’s it – clickable background image that doesn’t effect your RSS logo. Though you will have to edit the RSS logo to remove the corners that are not transparent

However before I use it I would like to remove the left side bar adsense ad. I tried removing the code from adsense_sidebar.php but that just leaves a blank blue bar going doing the side of the page.

I would like to remove the entire side bar so I only have right sidebar.

Any suggestions on how I can do this?

I solved my problem. I found the places to edit in the css file to remove the left side bar, move the content over to the right side bar border and the adsense code from the front page.

One thing that was driving me crazy was how to remove the blue background for the left menu. I was searching all the files for the code to change it to white before I finally realized that the background was set by an image, not code. Once I realized I needed to modify the background image in PhotoShop to make the background match the problem was solved.

Hi, I like the theme. When I replace my adsense code the ads change to only one item in each one.
Why would this happen??

This seems like a fairly simple problem and yet I am baffled by it. AdSense ads are not showing up on my blog. I have everything configured correctly, the Adsense code in the right places in the Theme Editor, and yet no ads come up.

I have done some modifications to the look of things on the site, but nothing that I think would interfere with the 2nd column and ads coming up in it. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to what I could do to fix or troubleshoot this?

Isn’t WordPress 2.7 a beta version? I’d stick with 2.6.3 until its stable or make test blog with a copy of the sql dump.

I am using the blue theme and like it a lot. Sometimes when I make posts there are too many spaces between words on index page. I am not sure what causes this. I also wasn’t clear if there’s a way to not use adsense for certain posts if you just want to emphasize an affiliate program but it seems to be part of sidebar so I don’t think it can be used on a page by page basis. Thank you for all you hard work.

One quick question if I may, is there a way to enable comments on a single page or perhaps all the other pages? I tried the code at Wordpress support http://wordpress.org/support/topic/196788
but it didn’t work correctly. I’m new at this but it seem pretty simple really, anyway,

I’d also like to see this theme updated to support Customized Google Adsense search since it’s a very nice theme indeed.

Regarding compatibility with WP 2.7. I have upgraded 7 sites with ProSense to WP2.7 and see no problem.

However, when I setup the Adsense code, the ads appear on the article (which I don’t want it to be…) I want to seperate the Ads from the articles and I want it to appear on the sidebar (I wish to put the code on the area between the article area and the categories area)

As the developer of this theme, may I ask how to put the ads on the place where I want it.

@Burt: I have good news for you since I had this same issue. The good news is that removing those links is very easy: the Meta sidebar items will disappear as soon as you add any widget.

Examples of frequently used widgets are: Pages (with links to pages), a blogroll (with links to other blogs/sites), Recent Posts, Categories or the Tag Cloud.

If you don’t add a widget you’ll have to edit PHP which I won’t explain here since I believe you’ll always add a widget.

I have trouble in my previous theme, since my problem is on how to increase may adsense earnings. I try to experiment on the different ads placement but it doesn’t work. Until i try to look for a new theme, i found this site and try installed it. The next day, i was surprised that my earnings increases to 70%. I am still experimenting on the ads placement, to see if i can increase more, the left side scraper ads will not work for me, it doesn’t gain clicks, so i replaced it with links.

I recommend you to give a try, if you want to increase adsense earnings by ads palcement, this theme works. Thanks a lot. Here’s my site:

I have a display problem when loading my site using IE7 (Internet Explorer 7). The two right columns shifts downwards and starts from the footer instead.

I tried messing around with the width attribute for the “page” and “sidebar” classes, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

I’m building a new site using the prosense theme and am facing a problem that others have commented on but the the solutions don’t work for me.

Essentially, I’m trying to get rid of the META group in the sidebar.

* Valid XHTML
* XFN

If I add a widget , everything disappears in the sidebar including categories, archives etc.

I’ve gone into the sidebar php file and manually edited out the menu

and the Meta section remains despite the fact that i edited it out.

The ProSense theme works very well for my site. I am running into one difficulty related to bakground colors. From reading the CSS, the background color of the page area is based on an image file named page_background.jpg. What is the backcolor CODE for this color? I am trying to make my google adsense ads blend into the background of the page. Right now, my google ads use #FFFFFF for the background which is white. I’d like to match it to the prosense background color.

Am however, having some problems like:

Also, it says I’m using 0 widgets in the sidebar, but there are certain widgets showing that I’d like to remove (Archives, recent comments, etc.). How can I remove them if the settings indicate none are being used?

I’ve tried for hours to do this – I’m pretty new at this – but can anyone help?

I like the grey prosense best but want to change the colour of the header text to white or gray – perhaps same as the description text colour.

I went into the style.css – changed header h1 colour from #fff to something totally different (I think #5C82EF) – saved file – went to site – no change – the text was still blue – went back 10 mins later still the same.

What did I do wrong?

I’ve been using the ProSense theme and I’m very happy with it overall. I’m not using the built in adsense spaces, however, and wish to implement a different approach. I would like to place 200×200 units in the sidebar via a widget. The problem I’m facing is that the sidebar is currently only 185 wide. I attempted to modify the css file and thought that I had adjusted everything appropriately but it didn’t look quite right. The sidebars were in fact 200×200 after my adjustments and I also widened the overall size of the page by 30 pixels. However, there were ugly white stripes on the right and left side of the page because the background didn’t carry into the expanded space. Has anyone attempted to widen the sidebars and, if so, do you have any code to share?

I am using ProSense – Grey theme, I wanted to move one div to left and keep another to right, how can I do this? I also saw even in footer we have two divisions and when I was typing some long disclaimer it was not getting displayed properly.

Please let me know
1) how I can keep only one division in Header and Footer?
2) how I can move one div to left and one to right (I want both of them to be of same width)?

Please advice on the above. I am developing and hosting on my localhost (with IE) and hence please guide so that it is compatible with other browsers also.

Hi,

Just go to your theme folder in your hosting account, and look for php files started with the word “adsense”. Edit the files and change what’s inside with your Adsense codes.

I prefer this over other WP themes that enable customisation through Admin area. It is so much easier to customise, IMO.

I have just had a problem with comment.
I saw that the comment section in my blog is written
“comments are closed”,

This way, i can not interact with my visitor.
Please tell me how to open the comment form.

Hi, I’ve been using the blue Prosense on this site and really appreciate it. I just found out that the 404 pages are NOT supposed to have Adsense ads, though, yet mine does. Also I understand they also shouldn’t be on static pages like About. How do I remove the adsense ads JUST from those pages? Thanks so much for the help and the great theme

I am not very technical and I sure wish you had more tutorials for your theme. I finally managed to get it installed as my theme, but it doesn’t look at all like what you have on your website. I’m looking in both Firefox and IE and the look and feel of the site is shows only one column display and the only highlight background color column is for one of the Google Ad boxes. So can you tell me what I’m doing wrong? I scrolled through the long list of comments you have and no one else seems to have encountered what I’m experiencing. I’m a bit miffed.
