Blog Plagiarism - Dosh Dosh gets ripped off.

toshiro_mifune.jpgToday I discovered that I’ve been plagiarized by a blogger who has simply copied and pasted a lot of Dosh Dosh’s blog posts onto several of his blogs. No credit whatsoever was given or permission requested and my posts made up the bulk of his blog’s content. Like most content thieves, he’s monetized his blogs with Google Adsense in a bid to earn some money off my original posts.

Make Money with Video Reviews - ShopWiki

densha-otoko-708323.JPGShopWiki is a website that is currently paying its users to submit video reviews of individual or multiple products. They’ll pay US $50 through Paypal for each accepted video and payment will be made within two business days after the video review is published.

Products available for review must be found through ShopWiki’s onsite search engine and do note that ShopWiki will only be paying for video reviews until February 28th, which is approximately a month from today. I went through the website and came up with some more details on the entire process.

SEOPosition Attacks Dosh Dosh with Blatantly False and Inaccurate Accusations

katsura1.jpgBrian Gilley of SEOPosition has accused me of stealing content, images and ideas for my recent article on paid blogging websites. Now this is something that really pisses me off because his allegations are completely false and I really dislike the fact that he singled me out and accused me of something I didn’t do at all.

The fact that he published a post on his website stating that this is so as prompted me to write this detailed reply on Dosh Dosh.

Sell Advice and Digital Content with Ether

ether.jpgMaking money online by selling what others need is a tried and tested way of earning an web-based income. While websites like Ebay allow you to sell physical products, there are ways to earn money selling digital content and in cases, personal knowledge.

Ether is a company that’s rather similar to Bitwine: both allow you to sell your time and advice through online phone conversations.

There are however, notable differences: Ether isn’t limited to computer-based telephony and includes the selling of digital content such as images or documents.

Sell Time-based Ads on Your Website.

advolcano.gifAdVolcano is yet another ad network which connects advertisers with bloggers or webmasters seeking to monetize their website with the placement of advertisements. According to Entrepreneur’s Journey, AdVolanco allows you to “define areas of your blog.. and charge a monthly fee, rather than a cost per click, cost per action or cost per impression method.”

This literally means that you can offer time-based ad campaigns. For example, you might want to sell some space on your sidebar for the price of $10 a day or $250 for 30 days. Here are some points I’ve made after signing up and digging around their website.

Share Knowledge for Money - BitWine

junkomizuno.jpgBitWine is a website that allows you earn money online by sharing knowledge with others. How does it work? If you have personal or professional knowledge and experience in a specific topic or field, you can sign up to be a BitWine Advisor and make money by charging a per minute rate for clients (other Bitwine members) who require help on specific topics.

For example, if you were very familiar with Apple computers, you could probably get paid to answer questions or offer tips based on your personal experience or knowledge.

Affiliate Commissions for Bloggers - BooBox

boobox-screen.jpgBoo-Box is a new affiliate e-commerce program which allows bloggers to earn commissions by featuring a widget with products that are related to their specific post. How does this work?

Say you were writing about a pair of Nike track shoes that you really like or want to buy. After writing the post, insert an image of the shoe and tag it with specific keywords such as ‘Nike’ or ‘track shoes’.

The image will then become clickable, with a image overlay that allows readers to instantly purchase the product without leaving the page. You’ll of course earn a commission for any sales made through your boobox.

Wanna make money answering questions?

just answers.jpgJust Answers is a website which pays approved users to answer questions posed from the general public. You can earn some extra cash by applying to be an Expert in their community.

Once accepted, you’ll stand to earn 25% to 75% of the reward offered by the question poser. Rewards offered by the users can range from $10 to $50 for topics such as basic legal procedures to psychological health or computer troubleshooting.
